General Shipping

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Glow People. Please find below the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. *Please note the timeframes are guidelines and delays can occasionally occur.

1. Shipment processing time

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. With regards to the first shipping day this is the first working day after the collection.Ā 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by up to 2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If thereĀ isĀ a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. For BFCM weekend orders may be delayed in dispatch by up to 5 days.Ā 

2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    USA

    • Standard Shipping (5-8 business days) - $9.95Ā 

    UK

    • Free Shipping for UK orders over $60

    3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) (If you choose Tracked post). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    All orders are shipped from our distribution centre inĀ Northamptonshire or Yorkshire.

    ReturnsĀ ship postage paid (we'll pick up the tab).

    4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

    Glow People is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    5. Damages

    Your order leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. Upon receiving your order please verify if you have received all the products you ordered.Ā 

    If you have received a damaged orĀ incorrect product, or something is missing, please contact us immediately atĀ hello@glowpeople.comĀ and we will find a satisfactory solution.Ā 

    Drowsy Sleep Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goodsĀ before notifying us.Ā 

    6. Returns Policy

    OurĀ Return & Refund PolicyĀ provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

    7. Pre-order items.Ā 

    If your desired product is clearly marked as "pre-order", we are currently waiting for stock. You can still process the order, andĀ you will receive it as soon as it is back in stock. If this will take more than four weeks we will contact you to advise.Ā Any other items you order at the same time will be processed with theĀ pre-order item when it is available. If you wish to receive other items sooner, please process themĀ on a separate order (shipping is free). We thank you for your understanding.
